WeltTellerFeld map
The WeltTellerFeld is about 3000 m2 large and consists of four parts.
The field in the front near the entrance (orange) is the area needed abroad for the cultivation of plant foods, such as vegetables, cocoa, or cereals that are used for bread. Foods grown in that area make up the average annual consumption of a person in Austria. The field in front to the right (yellow) is the area needed domestically for growing vegetables, cereals (for bread), or sugar beets (for the production of sugar) to cover the average annual consumption of a person in Austria. The field at the back left (blue) is the area needed abroad for all pasture and forage crops to cover the average annual consumption of meat, dairy products, and eggs of a person in Austria. The field in the rear right (green) adjacent to the one above is the area needed in Austria for this purpose.
